  • Source freshness checks and an evaluation harness.
  • Acceptance gates against a customer-specific baseline: review cycle time, supported-answer quality, reviewer acceptance, scoped access and egress tests, weekly repeat use.

Pilot target: at least 30% median review-time reduction at maintained agreed quality. A target, not a result.

03 / 3–6 MONTHS · PLANNED

Deployment qualification kit

  • Customer VPC and on-premises qualification.
  • Local inference, embeddings, OCR and indexing.
  • Enterprise single sign-on (SAML) and SCIM provisioning, rolled out after customer validation.

  • Scoped API/MCP integration and agent execution with deterministic permission checks and human approval.
  • Engineering-change and supplier-evidence workflows.
  • Tenant-owned program memory linking source versions, requirements, decisions and reviewers.

Program knowledge and customer corrections stay within their authorized tenant; no training on shared customer data.

  • Disconnected package with local dependencies, signed offline updates and validation of zero external calls.
  • Partner War Rooms across explicitly authorized organizational boundaries.
