PRICING

Start with a scoped pilot.

Indicative pricing for commercial discussions. This is not a checkout or a published price list: scope, limits and terms are set in each written proposal. Qua has no paid defense customers to date.

04 / QUESTIONS

Pricing questions.

Who buys Qua?

Defense technology companies, contractors and suppliers with repeated requirements reviews and proposal work. A program, engineering or capture lead usually champions it; a division or operations leader owns the budget; security/IT approves the data and deployment.

What do customers pay for?

A one-time paid pilot, then an annual workspace for the organization: War Rooms and Program Sessions, permitted knowledge retrieval with citations, review and approved reuse, policy controls and an agreed pool of AI usage.

How is AI usage charged?

Each annual workspace includes an agreed pooled usage allowance. If it is exceeded, overage rates set in your proposal apply. There is no automatic billing and no unlimited-usage plan.

What is available today?

Managed cloud, in early pilots. Customer VPC/on-premises deployment is scoped and needs qualification; it is not an available subscription tier. Disconnected/air-gapped operation is roadmap research. See the roadmap and deployment details.

What happens after the pilot?

We review the written success measure together. If the pilot met it, we propose an annual workspace. Pilot fees are separate from the subscription; our current planning assumes no pilot credit, and actual terms are agreed in writing.

Why pay instead of only buying a chatbot?

Requirements reviews repeat. Qua is built to keep sources, citations, reviewer decisions and approved answers together so a team can reuse them within permitted scope. That is the value we propose to measure in your pilot—not a guaranteed advantage over other tools.
